Important Information

• Hire Duration: All soft play packages include 4 hours hire.

• Extra Time: Additional time can be added at €20 per hour (subject to availability).

• Space Requirements: Please ensure your space is large, clean, and clear for setup. If you’re unsure, we can advise on the space needed for your chosen package.

• Booking Deposit: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.

• Final Payment: The remaining balance plus a €50 refundable security deposit is due 7 days before your event.

• Refundable Security Deposit: Returned within 48 hours once all equipment is collected clean and undamaged.

• Free delivery within 10km of Carlow Town.

• After the first 10km, a €5 fee applies for every additional 10km (round trip).

• This delivery fee covers travel to your event and the return journey.
